Terms of Service

Please read through everything before commissioning me.

|| All commissions are for digital products; no physical items will be sent.|| Any art commissioned from me is for non-commercial use only- unless you have set up a prior arrangement with me.|| Commissioned art may be posted with credit linked to my twitter (@artofnezuyu) or my instagram (@art.of.nezuyu). If I learn that you are claiming my artwork as yours, you will be blacklisted. (This includes removing signatures and watermarks, claiming sketches and drafts, as well as finished works).|| Commissions CANNOT be used for NFTs. Minting your commission will cause you to be permanently blacklisted.|| Commissions CANNOT be used for AI image training. If my work is used to train AI by you, you will be permanently blacklisted.|| Prices are in USD and are to be paid in USD only. I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency.

Will Draw || Won't Draw

I am comfortable drawing:

  • Most animals

  • Most dinosaurs

  • Humans

  • Natural Backgrounds

I am less confident drawing:

  • Dragons

  • Machinery

  • Mecha

  • Anime

  • Architecture

  • Extreme Perspective

I will NOT draw:

  • Fetishes

  • Extreme Gore/Violence

  • Offensive Content

  • Anthros

  • Inflammatory Imagery

|| This is not a comprehensive list and I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason I may have.|| If you try to covertly commission me into drawing something that falls under the Will Not Draw section, you will be blacklisted.|| I am willing to take commissions that are in my less confident areas as long as you the commissioner understands that these are not my strongest suit and may not reach the same quality as things I am confident in drawing.

Reference Policy

|| A clear, decent reference is required. If these conditions are not adequately met, an additional fee will be incurred.

  • Clear and easy to read- with minimal pixellation

  • Unshaded unless a color pallet is provided

  • Without dynamic poses so that their anatomu is able to be properly read

  • Safe for Work unless a NSFW commission was agreed upon- with proper verification

  • Clearly shows any markings/tattoos/etc and locations

|| The additional fee for a character without a reference is $20 USD.|| Characters with complex designs and/or complicated markings or body parts will incur a $10 complexity fee to compensate for the additional time it will take to make sure they are drawn properly.References can be simple as long as the design of the character is clear and easy to read.

Commission Process

|| After you contact me with your commission request/information and references, your commission will be queued. I will give you a link to my trello so that you can track my progress and stay updated if there's any possible delays.|| I will contact you with a sketch. If anything needs revised or changed- now is the best opportunity. Once the sketch is approved, I will send a PayPal invoice that you will have 72 hrs to pay.|| After the invoice is paid, I will continue working. You will recieve a WiP of the linework and another at the flat color stages- these are the last chance for minor changes and feedback. Once I recieve the all clear, the commission will be completed.|| Once complete, the artwork is non-refundable.

Artist Rights

|| I reserve the right to decline a commission if I deem fit. I do not need to explain my reasons.|| I reserve the right to refund and cancel your commission if I deem it necessary.|| I reserve the right to use my artworks as examples of my work in portfolios, galleries, etc.|| I do not claim any rights to the characters drawn.|| If a false chargeback is filed, you will have the rights to the artwork revoked and be permanently blacklisted. False chargebacks are a very, very serious detriment to any online artist.

Client Rights

|| These commissions are for your private, non-profit use unless a prior contract was agreed upon and signed.|| You may post the artwork elsewhere, such as character galleries (Toyhouse) as long as correct credit is given.|| You reserve the right to ask that your commission not to be posted publicly.|| You may ask for updates if you feel that I haven't updated you recently enough.
